FIRST TREATMENT
Thank you for presenting your insurance card as well as all the documents which could be useful to us in order to evaluate your case (X-ray, etc.). In the event of an accident, we need the date of the accident, the claim number and the name of your accident insurance.
PRICES
If you have a physiotherapy prescription from your doctor and if you are covered by Swiss insurance, the tariff agreement negotiated by the Swiss Association of Physiotherapists with Swiss insurance applies. The rates are the same in all practices and in the canton of Vaud depending on your diagnosis:

REPAYMENT
With a medical prescription and if you are covered by Swiss insurance, the treatments carried out by our physiotherapists are covered by health insurance (LAMAL) or accident insurance (LAA). With international or non-prescription insurance, we ask you to pay for the sessions directly at the office (cash or card) and we send you an invoice that you must send to your insurance. For the reimbursement conditions, please contact your insurance.
BILLING
En Equilibre-Rééducation works with the “third-party payment” invoicing system, ie the invoices are sent directly to your insurance. Without a prescription, or if you have international insurance, the treatment is billed to you directly.
DURATION OF THE TREATMENT
The sessions can be 30 or 45 minutes depending on your pathology and the choice of therapist.
The prescription

A physiotherapy prescription is valid for a maximum of nine sessions and the treatment must begin within five weeks of the issuance of the medical prescription. If the patient's state of health requires it, the treatment can be prolonged. Beyond 36 sessions for the treatment of the same problem, an agreement must be made between the doctor and the insurer, so that long-term coverage is possible.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Appointments missed or not canceled 24 hours in advance are charged. Monday appointments must be canceled no later than Friday noon.
