  • new strategies to protect and train your body and more particularly your back on a daily basis

The program takes place over 6 weeks

FOR WHO

  • anyone suffering or having suffered from the back and/or presenting a significant weakness in the musculature of the trunk and having the desire to improve, facilitate their daily life 

  • anyone in a situation of physical deconditioning 

  • anyone with joint instabilities or fragility on medical prescription
