Teach the classic repertoire of the Pilates method by linking the theoretical concept and contemporary practice with different kinds of balls.

COURSE CONTENT
• Basic principles of the Pilates mat method aimed at strengthening and neuro-muscular control
• Progression with swissball, tonic ball and small ball
• Strengthening, muscle control, stabilization and stretching work
• Progression, indications, contraindications and methodology
• Targeted exercises for the trunk and the upper and lower limbs
• At the end of the training, the student will be able to develop Pilates with balls classes. He will be able to adapt his repertoire of exercises and his methodology individually or in front of the class, and will associate the technique with the philosophy of the Pilates method.

The price includes the course, course material and support as well as access to Let's Go Fitness during the training.
Cancellation fees
If you have to cancel your participation in the course for unforeseen reasons (illness, accident, etc.), the withdrawal must be sent by registered letter to En Equilibre Rééducation, att. by MR De Bernardo, Rue de Couvaloup 24, 1110 Morges. Cancellation fees for a withdrawal received amount to:
- chf 100.-, 30 days before the start of the course
- 50% of the total price, 15 days before the start of the course
- 100% of the total price, 1 week before the start of the course
In the event of differences, all legal relationships are subject to Swiss law. Days missed during a course (or course module) due to illness or accident can be made up for free during a future course but will not be reimbursed.
